Why doesn't my email have permission to access my account?

I am loggin with correct email but my account doesnt have permission, please i need help

It may be due to your account has been terminiation by the Store Owner.

It might be some browser cache issue, can you please chagne the browser and test it. If it still exist then you need to reachout to the Shopify 24/7 support.
