I know custom Shopify Notification emails has been covered here before, but I haven’t found a solution for this particular issue:
I am currently using Klaviyo to create and export custom templates for my Shopify Notification emails.
I am using a Google Font and I have successfully imported the template into Shopify. The desktop version looks perfect with the Google Font, but when viewed on mobile, the Google Font is not working and reverting back to a standard font instead. I’ve used this same Google Font before for regular Klaviyo campaigns and it appears on mobile without issue.
Is there a fix so that the Google Font will appear on mobile as well? Thanks in advance for any help.
