I’m new here. I recently launched my website. I uploaded products from Printful. I placed an order on the website just to test out the site. The order shows in Shopify. But it does not show in Printful. Shouldn’t I see the order in Printful? Any thoughts on what the issue might be. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your question with our network. Based on your question, it sounds like the connection between Printful and Shopify may not be properly set up. Make sure you check out this complete documentation from Printful on how your products should be set up and synced.
There’s also further information on why your Shopify products might not be syncing to Printful listed on their website. The main reason being you may not be capturing payments automatically or you have automatic fulfillment turned on.
