If there’s some specific category so important you have to post how to surface it specifically then search probably isn’t the real problem and good chance the navigation itself needs to be redone or have a lot of noise removed. example cliche is structuring a nav like a sprawling department store for a limited set of items.
There may be a fundamental problem in your information architecture, or theme/menu-system choice, if your having to teach customers how to navigate what you’ve put together. Training computer literacy or working with a bad UI is not thing you should ever be spending time on as a merchant for a small ecommerce site; unless customers are special needs , older demographics, or your purposefully testing new designs or fixing accessibility issues etc.
If you have the traffic ab test replacing whatever pull-down menus system with something needing less clicks.
