Why doesn't my video banner fit properly on my site?

This is my site. I made a change to put video banner instead of the image but the video doesnt fit well.

The image banner height are defined as adapt to first image and the size of the images is 1200X600. The size of the video I uploaded is 1200X1800 because I wanted it to fill the whole phone screen but it fits much more. any ideas? thanks!!
