Why doesn't Pagefly publish work after changing the theme?

hi pagefly was working fine when i was using it for Supply theme. However, i recently changed my theme to Sense and now when i publish a page through pagefly i can see changes through preview but it does not remain when i open on live preview. On live preview it defaults back to the original theme design.

I understand that you are running into issues when using Pagefly. This may have to do with switching to the Sense theme which is optimized for Online Store 2.0. Have you tried getting in touch with the app developers yet? You can do so from the Support section of the app’s listing page here. If you’ve logged in to the Shopify App Store, then you can click the Get support button and this lets you send the developer a message directly. From there, they may be able to provide some troubleshooting steps for you to go through.

Before you reach out, I suggest publishing your previous theme and testing out the Pagefly pages there to see if the error persists. If it does, please let the developers know as this will help with isolate the issue. We’d also be happy to assist you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
