I really need help. I’ve spent the last six weeks building my Shopify store, and I’m at a breaking point. I’ve run into an issue trying to connect my store to Facebook, and the error messages I’m getting aren’t clear. The chat support has been useless — not one person seems to understand the problem — and to make matters worse, Shopify offers no phone support.
At this point, I’m seriously considering switching platforms. I’ve never been treated this poorly by a company, especially one this big. I don’t even understand how Shopify stays in business with this level of customer service.
If anyone knows of a better, more supportive e-commerce platform — or is willing to help — I’d truly appreciate it. I’ve put in so much work, and it’s frustrating to feel like launching is impossible.
