Hi, we have a Shopify store with a US business address but the store owner is not a US national so we can’t use Shopify managed payments. Stripe works in our country (Pakistan) but when We tried using stripe it doesn’t show up in the list of payment providers.

From my understanding you can actually use Shopify Payments. The approval process might be a bit harder, but it will work. I would advise you to try getting approval for Shopify Payments.
