Why doesn't the Craft theme show product descriptions on the homepage?

I downloaded the Craft theme last night and the theme does not show the description for the Featured Product on the home page and does not seem to include a way to implement it. Why would someone not want the description of their product to show? Anyway, the theme page has a link to click on if you have a question. That link takes you to Shopify’s homepage and then when you click Contact Support it makes you log in AGAIN and redirects back to, you guessed it, the home page. Clearly Shopify does not want want their customers to contact them. Honestly, there is absolutely no way to ask anyone a question about this theme.

I’d love to help you out with this. Firstly, I want to reassure you that every one of our merchants always has access to live support 24/7. I’d be happy to walk you through how to access this: Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. You simply login if possible or click “continue without logging in” if not possible, then select the topics that apply to you when prompted to and the option for live chat will then appear. As for adding the product description to the featured product - As this theme is managed by Shopify, it may be possible to use some of your design time to allow our theme team to carry out this edit for you. You would have to reach out to our live support team to make this request, and I want to be 100% clear that as I have no access to your account: I cannot say for sure if this is possible or not in your case - only a live support advisor can advise you on whether or not this is possible.

Another option would be to follow along with a guide such as this one to try and make this edit yourself. I would strongly advise saving a copy of your theme before making any kind of changes such as this, just to be safe! I hope this helps.
