Why doesn't the footer menu expand on mobile in Wokiee theme?

Hey all,

I’m using the wokiee theme, and seem to have encountered a slight glitch which I cannot seem to get past!

The bottom menu in the footer does not let me expand it using the + button, nothing displays when it becomes a -
