Why don't I have the option to upload my driver's license as a verification document?

Why do I only get these options?

This solely depends on the platform policies and requirements.

Certain platforms have their verification standards and might not give an option to upload driver’s license. In few regions they might not consider Driver’s license sufficient for verification.
