Why don't my retail prices sync with IG shop automatically?

We have changed our retail prices on shopify store (serenauziyel) and yet they do not sync with IG shop automatically no matter what we do.

We are searching for a solution. Is there anyone who has opinion on this subject?

Thank you so much for connecting with our network and sharing your question. Once a product is updated within Shopify, it should automatically be synced back to your Facebook Channel and reflect on the shops connected there. To confirm the issue is in fact with syncing, I highly recommend viewing the product information being sent to Facebook along with potential errors by:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

  2. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Facebook.

  3. Click Open sales channel.

  4. If there are errors in the Product status section, then click the product for information on the error.

If that is not the root cause and there is in fact just a break in communication between the two channels, you will need to connect with Meta Support directly for troubleshooting. Please avoid contacting general Meta Support and instead use the “Get Support” option from your Admin > Facebook Channel.

While I did research available public resources to force sync the connection, the current solution is to connect with them directly.
