I am running the minimog ceramic theme, and after i have created several products with variants, some of them don’t react when chosing different colors on the product page. I can see that the variant number is changing but the pictures do not change. But on other products it works.

In order to gather some additional context, are you able to share your store URL and confirm whether or not you are using a third party app to include these colour variants? This will allow members in our community to help identify the root of the code and outline a potential solution.
My suggestion would be to update your theme to the latest version to ensure that there is not a bug that is causing this issue. Once you do so, your best bet is to reach out to your theme developers to see if they can identify the issue as well.
