I want to discuss or rather require the answer to whether anyone knows why this rewards logo has suddenly popped up on my store? I never installed it, when I click it nothing happens I can’t get rid of it? I would use it if I knew where it came from and how to edit it? If anyone knows I’d be most grateful.

Have you downloaded any third party apps on your store? Usually, in situations like this it will be due to a third party app having plugged in an extra code into your store.
Is the “Rewards” logo appearing on a specific page on your website or throughout the entire store?
It’s appearing on all pages and no one seems to know where it came from!

Thanks for getting back to me. This is most likely the case of a third party app injecting code into your store.
It would definitely pay to take a look through the apps downloaded on your store. Do you have any apps on your store that are related to rewards?
Would you be able to send through a screenshot of the “rewards” message on your store please?
