I need help on trying to figure our why our events purchase tracking stopped working. On September 26th all events purchase tracking stopped for facebook, google and tiktok. Other things like add to cart and page view work but the purchase tracking completely stopped. This is occurring on all ad platforms we use. We can’t figure out why and have checked and tested all the pixels and API systems. They are all working. We are losing $1000’s a day and wasting huge amounts of AD spend.
I’m facing the exact same event issue with our purchase tracking on Shopify. It’s been a real headache since everything just suddenly stopped working for us too - Facebook, Google, and TikTok, just like you mentioned. Our add to cart and page view tracking are still fine, but the purchase tracking is completely dead.
We’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps, double-checked our pixels, and tested our API systems repeatedly, but everything seems to be in order there. It’s incredibly frustrating because we’re losing a significant amount of money daily and wasting a ton of ad spend as well.
