Hoping someone can help with an issue I am having with my in store chat function.
When I enable the chat function for my site and go onto it on a mobile the chat screen automatically pops up taking over the whole screen. The button to exit out of the chat screen has disappeared aswell, so there is no way of closing the chat screen down. At the moment the only way to stop this is to turn off the chat function.
