My online store has been taken down. I am not sure what the issue is.

I checked all of this and clearly my site has been taken down. Shopify is the host so how do I proceed.

Hello, it says my store is blocked. Can you unblock so I can install a new theme please?

I understand that your store has been taken down and you haven’t received an email in regard to this. I can definitely understand the urgency to have this resolved and I’ll do my best to share what steps you can take going forward.

In order to further investigate the issue, I recommend creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center. This will ensure your account is securely authenticated so that a member of our team can gain access and provide you with further information.

Once you’ve logged in through the help center, select Account > Logging in from the topics provided. On the following page, scroll down to the Get Support section to view our available contact options.
