I first recommend checking out this FAQ page on why your store is showing as unavailable. Here are some possible reasons for this:

Selling a restricted product - Shopify Acceptable Use Policy.

Possible violation of the Shopify Terms and conditions.

Your Credit Card may have expired.
If one of these was the reason, you likely received an email from our team. I recommend checking your spam and promotions folders if you don’t see the email right away.
If you’re still unable to locate the email, you will need to get in touch with our live Support team. I’m unable to provide account-specific support through the Community Forums, however if you reach out through the Help Center, we’ll be able to take a look at your account and see why it is inactive. You can also ask them to resend the email that was sent to you about your account.
