My store has been terminated with no previous warning and I am so confused and concerned. My main worry is that I need the payout in order to ship my customers orders! On top of that, I need to get a full list of my customers as there has been more sales since my last fulfilment. Please get back to me ASAP so I can get the money on hold and fulfil my soon to be frustrated customers!!!

You can contact the support by attempting to login to your online store using the Contact Us.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to get started with the support about the situation.

I have been waiting for a reply for a few days now. I have customers orders
that I need to ship and cannot do so without their information or the funds
that you have put on hold. I don’t understand the closing of my store and
need to access it again, not just the sake of me but the customers who will
be losing trust in me and my brand!!!
I am facing exactly the same situation. My store is terminated without any prior notice, I have responded to the email which I received for informing me about termination of my store but unfortunately, no one responded yet.
I have contacted help center chat, yet no one helped, they just asked me to wait.
This is so frustrating that there no contact number to speak to them and no one responded.
Same here, They just terminated my store, I’ve put a lot of money and life time to this store…for years I’ve had little to no sales. Just yesterday I got a sale for $2000.00 for custom t shirts and I got an email this morning telling me that my store has been terminated and the funds are retained. … This is crazy…you should at least give us a warning or give us a reason on why exactly you are destroying our stores and clients reputation. Some of us love of our craft you inconsiderate !.
