I was working with mega menus and now I have no menu! The menu has disappeared from my website.
I can see the content in the ‘navigation’ so I know I still have a menu but it’s not visible on the website or on the customization under Home Page / Header - usually, I can see it here.

If you were using an app for mega menu then I suggest you to double-check the app as this issue might be coming from the app and if you tried some manual coding then you can either revert the changes or more safe side will be if you hire a Shopify developer who can help you in fixing your menu. Also, please share your Store URL as well so that I can have a look on your website.

It looks like the screenshot you shared only shows the first step. You wouldn’t find the menu on the left sidebar. Instead, please click into “Header” and a new left sidebar will appear. Here you will be able to select a menu (see screenshot).

Thankyou, it was indeed the app that had caused a temporary loss and their support team came in and reverted to the original. I thought it was something I did when I was working on the menu but it wasn’t. I’ve since removed the app until I have a better grasp on it.
