Why has the quantity option disappeared on my BIXBANG theme product page?

I can’t seem to figure out why the quantity of my product has disappeared in my BIXBANG theme? People cannot advance to checkout without choosing the amount of shirts they want. Here is a screenshot. Any help would be appreciated.

Step 1: Go to online store → Edit code

Step 2: Fine theme.css

Step 3: Paste bellow code bottom of the file

.select_options .col-item:first-child {
  display: block;
}

Hi there. I don’t see theme.css

I only see theme.liquid - should I paste the code there?
