i have been having this problem um i bought a domain for my website with go daddy and i fully configured it with go daddy and i even spoke with them on the phone but for some reason on my store customer support email basically shopify hasnt updated it

I’d like to take a look at what might be happening with your domain here, to see if we can shed some light on the situation.
I clicked on the domain as it was shared here, and at the moment it is showing what appears to be a WordPress holding page.
Would this domain have previously been used for a WordPress site?
If so, and if you now want to use it for your Shopify store you would just need to connect that third-party domain to Shopify and ensure that you have updated its DNS records to point towards Shopify.
Once it has been added to your store and updated in this way, the SSL cert should be automatically provisioned within about 48 hours (depending on the rate of propagation of these records online).
