Hello,
I have received a customer’s order thru shopify on June 1st, 2023. The order was fulfilled and the customer satisfied.
Shopify stated (via email) that the payout was sent to my bank account on June 3rd, 2023.
We are the 18th of June, 2023 and still nothing funds were paid to me…
I have contacted at least 5 different representatives via email from customer service, who are giving me the runaround, with no real explanations.
I have requested to be called back by the billing department twice, but no one has called me yet.
So what do I have to do to receive my payout. After all, my client paid by credit card for their order, shopify received it, I fulfilled the order, but NEVER RECEIVED SATISFACTION IN GETTING MY PAYOUT!!! 
So, what the hell is going on?
