Why hasn't my Printify order arrived yet?

My client ordered her dress July 5th. We are linked up with Printify and aquip. It’s July 26 the order has been fullfiled and charged but no product. The delivery email that comes from shopify shop app is a joke. The tracking doesn’t work and the order details are flaud.

Sorry to hear about your order taking so long to arrive. I took a look into Printify’s shipping help guides and found a couple of potential reasons why this could be:

They did however also say:

if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Merchant Support team for a status update. To do that, click on the order in your Printify account → “Request support”.

You can see what this looks like in the screenshot below:

Because this order is coming from Printify, it would be something they would know about and not something Shopify would have information on.
