Why hasn't my Smart Paper Tablet order been delivered yet?

I have made an order through your website for (Vision 2025-The Smart paper tablet) = 19.50 $ on 12-oct 2022
the website says It should be delivered within one week It didn’t arrive, I have tried to contact the seller to deliver the tracking number and they didn’t only they mentioned they have problem with their delivery system and the goods are going to be delivered after one more week which is in 18-oct -2022 (It didn’t)
I contacted the legal team and they told me to wait for a month to the matter to be reported and I did and I reported it after 30 days but for no vale and the goods are not delivered and I didn’t receive any feedback or refund or goods for more than 37 days from the day I made the order I asked for refund and no answer
the order is done through your platform and your legal team already have track of the matter I need feedback cause waiting for 37 days for email that would take 30 seconds to type is very unprofessional from all sides involved with this matter seller or legal team.
I have been waiting patiently for any update to this matter and no one is responding with any information whatsoever

While Shopify provides ecommerce software to many stores, we do not have access to a store’s orders or fulfillment process. This means that the store you ordered from needs to work with you on any questions or concerns regarding an order, including refund requests.
