Trying to improve workflow and tidy things up and i have 30 unfullfilled items when in fact i have only 6 due to not being able to fullfill a canceled or refunded item/s.
I have seen this plastered on many forums that shopfy simply dont care to fix such an easy problem.

Firstly, when I manually select the refunded order or canceled order and manually fulfil it, nothing happens. So…..
Secondly, I pay a subscription and should not have to code or find a third party app to simply close an order out, this is the job of Shopify, like buying a car and the doors won’t close “oh just take it to the panel beaters, they will fix it up”…
