I have purchased 3 products from Southern Grit. My first order in August still has not been delivered. I contacted and was given excuse after excuse. I purchased a shacket and a one piece jumper. They have NOT responded to my inquiries. How can you represent a vendor that is this incompetent? They basically GRIFTED and committed fraud by taking my money and not honoring or refunding.
Shopify doesn’t represent any merchants who use it. Imagine all Shopify did was sell cash registers, would you still be mad at them if a merchant that uses their machines was dishonest? Or would you just be mad at the merchant?
Talk to your bank about this.
