It looks like you have placed an order on a store you believe is using Shopify and have some queries regarding when you will receive it - I’d be happy to clarify the situation and explain the next steps that you can take.
To clarify, we don’t manage any stores directly, as we are the platform that a wide variety of businesses use for their online stores. We don’t have any involvement in the order process, and also cannot access any order information, or provide you with any store details (we can’t confirm if any store is using Shopify or not).
However, I would like to try to help you out as best as I can! We would always recommend trying your best to contact the store first. The screenshot that you have provided looks like it is the order confirmation email that you received from the store when you placed the order. You can reply directly to this email and it will be received by the store who can assist you with this query.
As it has only been approximately 5 days since the order was placed, it is still quite early and so it’s possible that the order will arrive soon. However, if you don’t hear back from the store or receive your order after waiting 30 days, then you should contact your bank directly to inquire about the next steps available to you. You can also then submit a buyer complaint using our online form here which will be sent directly to the store to make them aware.
