All of my designs have disappeared from My store and the system won’t the me add them back on. I can’t reach a person what do I do. I am paying for a service and I can reach any one to help me. Any suggestions

To confirm, are you not able to locate any of your products on your store? Do they still appear within your Products page in the Shopify admin, or are they not available there too?
