Why have my product variants vanished and how can I fix it?

Hi,

Our customers recently notified us that our product variants (different options for yoga classes) have suddenly disappeared. It only shows one product variant which is not even our star product.

Anyone has any idea why did that happen and what steps we can take to fix it ?

A few questions to help troubleshoot this issue:

  • Do you see the variants in the admin?
  • Have you made any changes to your theme recently?
  • Have you added or removed any apps recently?
  • Can you replicate the issue in your theme editor?
  • If yes ^, can you replicate the issue after installing (but not publishing) a fresh copy of a Shopify free theme? (i.e install a fresh copy of a free theme, then use the editor to see if you can replicate the issue)
