Why haven't I received any information on my RobotNox Vacuum Cleaner order?

First, I apologise if this is not the right location for my problem.

So, a week ago I paid RobotNox Vacuum Cleaner from https://robotnox.com/ . Till now I didn’t receive any information about my order, shipping.

Now, I need information about my order, whom or where to ask, if it is in pending …something before to do next step.

There is no contact address on that site, no name. The thing usually costs 1300€ and they are selling it for 130. They don’t offer paypal where you can get your money back if you want to.

I say you’ve been had.

I don’t find any RobotNox on internet except that site. And, down there of the page is “Powered by Shopify”. I press on it and brought me here. This is show to me it is belong of Shopify. Can you , please where else can I find it ? I want see it costs 1300$

I had a similar experience. I bought their Vacuum Cleaner last Nov. 26, 2022. They sent me an email last Dec. 3, 2022, telling me that my order is on the way. However, until now I haven’t received it yet. I tried to follow up on the product by sending an email in the thread (contact@thebuzz.org via shopifyemail.com) but they haven’t responded as well.

I tried going to their website today, but it says robotnox.com is currently unavailable. Does anyone know what should I do next?

Same thing happend to me. i still havent had any tracking or anything. i want my mony back!
