Why haven't I received confirmation or product after placing an order?

Hi,

My Name is Naveen Sangwan. I have placed an order at a store “hubhome01-myshopify.com” on 5th April 2022 with order number #1059. I have paid a total amount of 990. But till now I haven’t received either any confirmation or any product. I tried to open the store page but it says “This store is unavailable”.

Can anyone please help me how to track my order?

Since the stores on our platform are independent businesses and we only provide tools to start online stores, we don’t have access to the stores and their orders. The best course of action is to contact the store owner for an update. Since you can no longer get ahold of them, please review our online order FAQ page to know what the next steps are.

@Summer how i can get the contact details of the store owner to connect with them? it is really frustrating that I don’t have any contact to connect.

@naveensangwan You should have received an email with the order details after you placed the order. You’ll find their email address there. Alternatively, I suggest trying to contact them through their social media accounts.

If you’re unable to reach them, you may contact your bank or credit card company for advice as per our online order FAQ page.
