I had ordered a earbuds from this site.But after full payment I did not get the earbuds yet or money not be refunded.

Thanks for reaching out here. I understand that you have placed an order on a store you believe is using Shopify, and are wondering where your order is. I would be happy to clarify this situation!
I appreciate the fact that it is not a nice experience when you place an order online, and you don’t receive it in a timely manner or you experience problems with it.
For context, we do not actually manage any stores directly. We are the platform that a wide variety of businesses use to sell both online and in person, however each store that uses Shopify operates independently, and they are solely responsible for the day to day running of their store. This includes things like order fulfillment and customer support. As we cannot access any store or order information, we also cannot confirm if a given store is even using Shopify or not.
The best way to resolve any issues with your online order, is to contact the store that you ordered from directly. There’s a few ways you can do this, but the easiest method is usually to reply to any order confirmation emails you received.
When was this order placed? Have you tried to contact this store already, and maybe didn’t hear back?
I tried but count not contact them(Boat-store).I khow the Shopify is trustful site and I ordered the earbuds from this site but I am cheetteed .So I mailed Shopify to help me.

I understand what you mean. We are always here to help point you in the right direction, however as we do not manage any stores ourselves, we are not in a position to process any refunds as we don’t have access to transaction funds.
If you have already tried your best to contact the store, and they are not replying, then we would suggest waiting 30 days to see if your order arrives. If you haven’t heard back from the store, or received your order within this time, then reaching out to your bank/payment provider would be the best next step to take.
Many banks/financial institutions will have certain customer protection policies which can help you obtain a refund, however 30 days is usually the minimum amount of time before they can step in to offer assistance.
After 30 days, you can also submit a buyer complaint using this form here, which will be sent to the store to make them aware.
