Quick question. Did the payment not come through on the order? Normally payments should come though and the order should say that its paid before shipping out.

If you are waiting on a payment to your bank account, please ensure that you have the proper settings in the Admin > Settings > Payments > Manage

It was paid before shipping but I didn’t receive it on my bank account.

Oke, don’t worry!

Go to Admin > Settings > Payments > Manage and scroll down. You can set the interval of the payments there. It might be set to pay out every 2 weeks or longer. I myself always make sure the payout is on the 1st of the month so that I can manage my finances better.

In my payouts transactions I can see the payment is pending but It was delivered long time ago and it still pending.

In your payout, it’s pending because it is pending to be send to your
account. This has nothing to do with the payment being made or not. You’ll
get your payment within the next 30 days maximum.
