It has been 9 days and I still haven’t got my money from a sale

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you able to share what payment gateway was used to process the order (i.e Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc)?
If Shopify Payments is being used, then you can view your scheduled payouts from the Shopify admin. The Payouts page, will display all previous and expected payouts along with their status (i.e in transit, paid, failed, etc). To learn more about this, I’d encourage you to check out our Viewing Your Payouts document.
To view your payouts, you can:
- Head to Settings > Payouts, from the Shopify admin.
- In the Shopify Payments section, click the View Payouts button.
If after reviewing your payout, it has a failed status, I’d encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn’t have access to those details through the Community. They will also be able to share more details on when you can expect to receive that payout.
To connect with us, you can:
- Head over to our Help Center.
- Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
- Log into your shop.
- Select one of the available support options.
