Why haven't I received payment for my November 15 sale?

I had a sale on November 15 and still haven’t been paid. How do I get this resolved?

I would recommend reaching out to our live support team so we can access your account and take a closer look. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
