Did you manually order the product through AliExpress instead of going through Oberlo? In Oberlo, you can only place orders that have Paid payment status. I suggest you head into the Orders section of the Oberlo app and check the payment status, as shown below:
You should also be able to click on the order which will redirect you back to Shopify. To see which payment method the customer used follow the steps below:

From your Shopify admin, click Orders.

Find the order.

Scroll down to the Timeline, here you will be able to see all payment attempts and whether they were successful, as shown below:
If you capture your payments manually in Shopify, then you need to mark your order as paid in Shopify. You can also configure your payment capture settings to automatically capture payments in Shopify.
Steps:

From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Payments.

In the Payment capture section, select Automatically capture payments for orders to capture payments automatically.

Click Save.
