This is Harriet from milano Italy, I opened up a new store recently with names Letasistore and I subscribed to Basic payment plans. But I didn’t receive any confirmation from shopify for the payment. But I received confirmation from PayPal attached above for the payment..because I used PayPal for payment.
The challenge is, am blocked out of my store, they keep telling me to choose a plan. But I have already chosen..please kindly advise what I can do .
