Why haven't I received tracking info for my recent kurtis order?

I recently ordered kurtis and my money is deducted also. I received an email too. But I didn’t get the information of when would I receive it. I kept on mailing them asking for details but I didn’t get anything from them.

They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online purchase.
