I have ordered 2 boat watches zenit with the total of 698 rupees on 15th April and confirmed the order but still haven’t received any updates on the order and if trying to track the order it’s showing error and web page is not opening i would like to get a quick response on my order or total refund on my order

It sounds like you’ve placed an order with a store. While many businesses use the Shopify platform to build their online shop, we do not manage any of those stores, nor are we responsible for processing orders, fulfillment, or returns.
Have you tried contacting the store directly? You can reply to the order confirmation email that you received. If you do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time, please speak to your bank or credit card provider about possible options to retrieve your money as Shopify cannot retrieve it for you.
