Hi,
I need help on the error I’m encountering in my shopify app settings. I can’t update the Shipping and Delivery section because of error 500. It says:
"There’s a problem loading this page
There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later."
It clicked on the status page, but everything is fine and there are no known issues in shopify site. I logged-in to my account to check if there are issues with my own app, but everything is fine too.
Is there anyone who encountered the same and found a solution. Appreciate any insights you can give.
