Why i am not getting any sales

this is my website Cardinal™ HydroGo Bottle – House of cardinal you can review every everything currently website is live only on india. the problem i am getting contant view but 0 add to card why custumer is not buying what is the problem i am unable to understand is it a price issue or a trust issue what could be the problem.

Hey @saqlain1 ,

I had a look at your product page, and if you’re getting consistent product page views but 0 Add to Cart, I don’t think the price is necessarily the main issue.

Here are a few things I would focus on:

Clarify your value proposition above the fold. Visitors should immediately understand why your bottle is different from the many similar products available online.

Build more trust. If you’re making health or hydrogen water claims, consider supporting them with credible information or explaining the benefits more clearly. Authentic customer reviews, user generated photos or videos, and a visible return/refund policy can also help increase buyer confidence.

Review your pricing against competitors. A premium price can work, but the page needs to clearly communicate why the product is worth paying more for.

Evaluate your traffic quality. If most of your visitors are coming from Meta/Facebook ads, the issue may be the audience targeting or ad creative rather than the website itself. Poorly targeted traffic often results in plenty of page views but very few Add to Carts.

Check your analytics. Look at metrics like bounce rate, average time on page, scroll depth, and where visitors are dropping off. These can help you determine whether the issue is trust, product messaging, pricing, or traffic quality.

Overall I would focus on improving trust and clearly communicating the product’s unique value before making pricing changes. Once you identify where visitors are dropping off, you’ll have a much better idea of what’s preventing them from adding the product to their cart.

If you found my reply helpful please consider marking it as the solution so it can help other merchants facing the same issue.

Thank You !

@saqlain1
I had a look at your store and I dont think the price is the biggest issue. People are willing to pay a premium for a quality water bottle if they understand why its worth it.

What stood out to me is that the product page could do more to build trust. If I am discovering your brand for the first time through a Facebook ad I’d want to see more customer reviews, real life photos or videos and a stronger explanation of what makes this bottle different from similar options available online.

I’d also recommend watching session recordings with a tool like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar. Sometimes you’ll find visitors are dropping off because they’re looking for information that isn’t immediately obvious or they’re getting distracted before reaching the Add to Cart button.

If you are getting plenty of product page views but almost no Add to Carts I’d focus on improving the product page experience before changing the price. Small trust-building improvements can often have a bigger impact than offering a discount.

Have you tried selling in person? Probably the best way to get started. It also is a good scale to judge the product and yourself. If you can’t sell in person, there’s a high chance online will bust. It takes work. It takes dedication. It takes investment.

Just as a tiny example: when someone signs up for your “newsletter” what do you think they are going to get? Have you taken the time to develop a strategy and build the workflow?

You’re in India. Your checkout only allows India. Have you researched the need for such a product in India? There is a lot more to running a business than buying a theme and calling it good.

how can i build trust and also i am using kalles theme in this theme there is very few sections i wanna make my website sophisticated trusty etc

actually this product doesn’t come in india. yet i am actually 2 or 4 seller i am just testing the product before buying inventry. but the problem is i am getting contant views 150+ but 0 add to card what is the reason behind this why? no sales

I tested the add-to-cart on your HydroGo page and the button itself works, so this is not a broken store. What I found: the bundle selector is preselected on the 2x Family option, but the headline price still shows Rs. 1,299 for one bottle. One click put two bottles in my cart at Rs. 2,399, nearly double the price I saw. Shoppers who only notice in the cart feel baited and leave. Default the selector to 1x so the first click matches the advertised price.

but the problem is shoppers are not clicking the " add to card" button, at all 0 add to card

Building trust is usually about what you show, not just which theme you’re using. Kalles is a solid theme, and you can create a premium looking store with it by focusing on the right elements.

Here are a few suggestions:

Show social proof by displaying genuine customer reviews, ratings, and customer photos or videos.
Highlight your policies clearly, including shipping times, returns, refunds, and warranty information, so customers know exactly what to expect.
Add trust signals such as secure payment icons, money back guarantees if you offer one, and clear contact information.
Tell your brand story. An “About Us” section explaining who you are and why you created the product can make your brand feel more authentic.
Use high quality lifestyle images and videos instead of relying only on product renders. Seeing the product in real life situations helps build confidence.
Improve your product page by explaining the benefits, not just the features, and answer common customer questions with a FAQ section.

Regarding the Kalles theme, don’t worry too much about the number of built in sections. You can achieve a much more sophisticated look with thoughtful design, consistent spacing, clean typography, and well organized content. If you need additional sections, a Shopify developer can create custom sections without changing your entire theme.

I would focus on improving the customer experience and trust signals first, as those typically have a much greater impact on conversions than simply adding more homepage sections.

Thank You !

do you have any example so i can understand and copy the strategy? of that store

you can check the facebook ads result

hanks for sharing your ad results they’re actually quite helpful.

The first thing I noticed is that your ads don’t seem to be the main issue. A CTR of around 6.27% and CPC of about ₹1.02 are both reasonable, which means your creatives are getting people to click.

The bigger drop off is happening after visitors land on your product page. With 192 Content Views but only 1 Add to Cart, it suggests visitors aren’t finding enough reasons to take the next step.

Regarding your question about examples, I’d recommend looking at brands like LARQ, Ocean Bottle, and YETI. Don’t copy their design instead, study how they build trust and communicate value. Notice things like:

A strong value proposition above the fold.
High quality lifestyle photos and videos.
Clear product benefits instead of just features.
Customer reviews and user generated content.
Trust signals such as shipping, returns, warranty and secure checkout.
FAQs that answer common buying questions.

I also wouldn’t worry too much about using the Kalles theme. It’s capable of building a professional looking store. The biggest improvements usually come from better messaging, stronger trust signals and a clearer offer, not from having more homepage sections.

Based on your ad results, I would focus on optimizing the product page before increasing your ad budget. Once visitors feel more confident and your Add to Cart rate improves, your campaigns will have a much better chance of generating sales.

If you found my reply helpful please consider marking it as the solution so it can help other merchants facing the same issue.

Thank you!

Is there a particular reason you think people should be adding to cart? People click on things. That is part of being in ecommerce..

Also, have you taken a look on mobile? The add to cart is at the very bottom of the bundles.

You need a lot of work and planning. Put yourself in the customer’s shoes. I would not buy this personally. This isn’t anything that I cannot get from Alibaba or Walmart or Amazon with a guarantee that I can trust.

There is no need for bundles. All the bundles do for this is change the qty.

where can i get custum codes for my kalles theme to design my website

you can check facbook ads result the 1 add to card is done by me no results why no sales nothing no add to card

That zero-click number fits what I saw. The page loads with the 2x Family combo at Rs. 2,399 preselected and badged Most Popular, while the price block above still says Rs. 1,299. A visitor from your ad sees two different prices for the same item and cannot tell what one click costs, so most never click. Set the 1x bottle as the default so the page shows one clear price.

I looked at the actual page, and there’s a confusion problem happening before pricing even matters: it’s not clear this is a dog water bottle until you scroll well past the Add to Cart button.

The top section - where your Facebook ad traffic actually lands - says “Keeps Water Fresh & Clean,” “100% Leak-Proof,” “Double-Insulated Design,” “Built-In Bowl.” Nothing there says pet or dog. “Built-In Bowl” on a personal water bottle actually reads as confusing, not compelling, if someone assumes it’s for humans. It’s only much further down the page (“Designed for dog owners…”, “Safe for your pup”) that the actual product identity becomes clear - by which point a scrolling, distracted ad-click visitor has likely already left.

This matters a lot with your ad numbers specifically: 6.27% CTR means your ad creative is doing its job getting the click - but if the ad shows a dog product and the landing page’s first impression doesn’t confirm that clearly, visitors can get a flicker of “wait, is this for me or my dog?” doubt right at the moment they’d otherwise add to cart. That kind of momentary confusion is enough to lose someone who was already primed to buy.

Fix: put “for dogs” (or similar) directly in the product title or the very first bullet point, above the fold - before someone has to scroll to understand what they’re looking at. Combine that with clawmama’s fix (default the bundle to 1x so the price matches what the ad promised), and you’re addressing both the identity-confusion problem and the price-bait problem in the same above-the-fold area - which is exactly where your 150+ views are dropping off before a single click.

is the product is dead? and anything more i should improve? to make my store branded trusty like an brand

is the product is dead? and anything more i should improve? to make my store branded trusty like an brand. that makes me more than 1 million

Had a proper look at your product page. Store’s built well overall — bundles, comparison table, reviews are all there. But I found four things that are likely costing you sales:

  1. Your hero section never says this is for dogs. The top bullets say “keeps water fresh”, “leak-proof”, “double-insulated”, “built-in bowl” — that reads as a generic water bottle at ₹1,299. The dog angle only shows up further down in “Designed for dog owners”. If someone lands from an ad, they bounce before they get there. Move the dog-owner framing to the very first thing they see.

  2. Your footer Instagram link points to @tower28beauty — a US makeup brand. It’s leftover demo code from your theme. You’re sending traffic to someone else.

  3. The “Shop Now →” button in your comparison section links to “#”. It does nothing when clicked.

  4. You promise “30 Days Return” and “Free Returns” but there’s no refund policy page in your footer — only Terms, Shipping and Privacy. Claiming a return policy you haven’t published hurts trust and can cause issues with your payment provider.

Also worth cleaning: the footer still says “Developed by shopify” with an Envato template link, and your newsletter copy is still the theme’s demo text.

Fix 1 first, it’s the big one.
