Our community support team is also not able to reach out directly via email to provide support. In this situation you will want to contact the app developer directly to request a refund for the app since it has been uninstalled and won’t be used for the time period being charged. If you are unsure how to contact the app dev now that the app has been removed from your store, please connect with our live support team who can assist you with that further.
Please know that our live support is not able to reverse this charge without the app developers approval. So, if you are able to contact them directly, that can sometimes be faster than going through our support channels.
