A customer choose to pay for purchase using Paypal. They said they received confirmation from PayPal but i found the order in the Abandoned checkout. The payment did not appear on my Paypal.

Thank you for getting in touch. On occasion, and order may be processed by PayPal but appear as an abandoned checkout in Shopify—this can happen when the PayPal gateway does not correctly communicate to Shopify that a transaction has been processed, and thus the system registers the attempt to complete checkout as abandoned. However, it could also be the case that the transaction did not complete and what your customer is seeing on their end is incorrect.
You would need to check with PayPal directly in order to get a full answer, as we cannot see details of the transaction from our end.
