It looks like the extra text is right above your closing tag, most likely in the theme.liquid. To help speed up your search you can use the find command using Control+F" (or “Command+F” on a Mac) when you’re in the file. This will bring up a search bar in which you can enter “s” - the quotation marks will enable the boolean search operator to find an exact match.
If not found in the theme.liquid, also double check the index.liquid! I trust that does the trick, but let me know if anything else comes up.
