Why is Aus Post sending me shipping updates instead of my customers?!

I keep receiving delivery update emails from Aus Post (sent to habitatlamps@gmail.com) instead of being addressed to my customers. I am having to forward these emails onto my customers which is not ideal. Does anyone know what’s going on? I’ve asked Shopify support, DSers support, and my AliExpress supplier, and no-one knows what’s going on.

Forum members can’t see how you have things set up so it’s hard to answer this. I would assume your details are on the fulfilment docket. To start with, who is creating the shipping order with Aus post? If it’s a dropshipper that’s where I would start the investigation.

Without details we likely can’t help much beyond guesses.
