Trying to setup and configure POS for my client,
I have logged in via the store owner to to give my collabarator account full admin rights to the POS.
however it just says the account has no access.
It seems to work for normal staff member - however we do no want to use a licence for me to manage the POS sytem

yes, apparently feature that was never actually intended to be related, when they migrated something it came over… collaborators are not getting this option
We found a workaround. You can add the collaborator by going to your
Shopify dashboard menu > Shopify POS > Staff > Add staff (at the top
right). They will need another email address to sign up but allows them
access. It worked perfectly and then we can delete them when they no longer
need POS access.
Is this still the only solution? It’s been 2 years since this workaround was noted and I’m running into it now.
