Why is customer info missing in checkout webhook?

Hi Team,

for some reason, I’m recently facing checkout webhook missing customer info.

According to documents, the checkout response should always contains customer info, but now it doesn’t. This happens on several shops, and I couldn’t find the reason.

is this expected behavior? or just a bug?

We have been seeing this as well and it seems to account for 80% of all checkout events we get now that are missing the customer data. We even receive checkout events that when looking them up in the REST API don’t appear to show up there anymore and we haven’t received a checkout/delete topic for them.
