THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
THERE WAS A DEPOSIT THAT FAILED TO DELIVER TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN REFERENCE TO RESOLVING THIS MATTER.

Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to learn that a deposit has failed to reach your account. While we cannot access accounts from the community here ourselves, I’d be happy to help advise you the best I can.
Can I ask if you can see any error messages in your payments’ admin regarding the failed payout? If so, kindly share a screenshot, so I can investigate further. Did you receive any emails regarding the failed deposit or has the bank rejected it? Any additional context you can provide would be a great help.
Have you an open ticket with our support team already? As you mentioned you were unable to contact support can you tell me a little more about this - was there no option for chat, email or callbacks appearing for you? Our live support via phone, chat, or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access.

Thanks for letting me know, and I can appreciate you want to get resolved as fast as possible! While we do not have a specific phone number that you can call. We’ve shifted to a web callback model instead. If you follow the steps on this video exactly, at what point specifically are you running into a problem in accessing our support?

In regard to the deposit for the order received on January 18th, It can take a few days for the payout to be processed by your bank, and regrettably this is not something we have any control over. If you have a look at the payout in Settings > Payments > View payouts, are you able to confirm if the status shows as paid or in transit? Happy to have a look at a screenshot of this if you have one to share too! If the status shows as Paid and more than 10 business days have passed, then you would need to get in touch with our live support at the above link I have shared. They will be able to have a closer look into the account for you and provide you with a trace number for the payout. I hope this helps!
