I have raised an issue regarding our Shopify store which is technical in nature. The issue was raised twice. The reference ticket numbers are:

It is a shame that no one gets back to the problem that we are facing. We have been with shopify for the last 10 years.
The drop in the stock price from the peak of 171.50 in Nov 2021 to 40.51 speaks volume of how shopify is doing in terms of their business which includes customer support. If I do not hear back in, we will seriously be thinking of taking our business elsewhere.
